SCORED SOME GREAT STUFF ON SALE~ HAD TO SHARE
Hey guys! Just wanted to share with you some FANTASTIC deals I have found lately. Last night, I scored some sale items I have been lusting after at Anthropologie. The Vallota Peasant Blouse was originally $148 and is on sale for $39.95. I tried this on when it first came out and was in love. GREAT color and quality, it's sexy shear but has a cami that comes with it. I'm glad I waited until it went on sale!
The Cerise Stamped red polka dot dress is a leap of faith for me. Two of my friends bought it and LOVED it. It looks like it will be flattering and cling to all the right places, but we shall see when it arrives. It was $148 and is on sale now for $79.95. I can't wait to get it and play with some color add-ons. I'm thinking a yellow cardi and shoes or maybe a cobalt blue...
I also have been on a mission to find a pair of mint colored jeans. I found some online at Nordstrom and again, took a leap of faith in ordering them. They are Wit and Wisdom skinny jeans which I bought in the dark denim and really liked, so I am hoping they fit the same. They were on sale for $49.90! I also had to get a pair in a rose color since they were on sale for $59.90, but they are by Blue Essence and I'm not sure how these will fit. We shall see. I just really liked the color!
I also found an incredibly soft Calvin Klein tie die maxi dress at Nordstrom (in store) that was on sale for $33 orig $98. I was not looking for this, it found me. It is so comfy and perfect for summer I HAD to get it (=
Lastly, I scored a pair of Seychelles sandals that I have been eyeing for a while. They were orig $80 but I got them for $52.90! I love the color block combo with the nude and hot pink on the back heel.
I can't wait to get all my orders and see how they work out. I went a little crazy this week, but have been on a shopping hiatus for a while so I was saving up! Anyone else find any good deals lately???

COLORED DENIM!!!! Are you bold enough to try?
Hello! Happy Sunday! This weather is GORGEOUS and I am finally feeling strong enough to enjoy it!
I wanted to share with you my new find~COLORED denim. I broke out of my shell and away from dark rinse denim (for now). I am LOVING all the bright colors that are on-trend this season with FUCHSIA being one of my favorites! GAP has a VERY comfortable, lightweight and flattering skinny bootcut jean that hugs my curves in all the right places. It has a bit of spandex in them as well so they give. I am LOVING them! You MUST try them on!
I also scored the CUTEST polka got blouses at Nordstrom for $34! I had to get the white/black combo (shown below) but, I also got the black/white combo that I paired with the fuchsia jeans last night for date night with the Mr. Now is the PERFECT time to play with color combo's. What are some of your favorites?

I'm a SHOPAHOLIC!
Hello, my name is Jamie and I am a Shopaholic! I can not help it! My mom is a shopaholic too. It's how we bond. There is a genuine happy, warm, joyous feeling I physically get when I find an item I love and can't live without. Or that adrenaline rush of excitement I get when I SCORE a good deal. I know, to many it makes no sense at all. But, retail is my therapy and creative outlet.
So, yesterday after my post-op Dr's appt (I was exactly 7 days since surgery), my AMAZING husband took me to Nordstrom and let me free (all the while very worried I would push it and exhaust myself). I only had about 30 minutes of stamina in me post surgery, but I was determined. I walk at an angle for the time being, hunched over like an old woman (part of the surgery). You should have seen the way the way the other people were looking at me; very concerned and empathetic. It was obvious that I had some sort of ailment and was in discomfort, but I'm telling you, as soon as I stepped into the door, I felt a MILLION times better!
Knowing I had little time, I quickly went up to shoes and had the salesman pull the pair of sandals I have been eyeing for a few weeks online. As he went in the back, I hurried over to find a bra (they didn't have what I needed, the soul purpose of going), so back to shoes I went. LOVED the shoes and had just enough energy in me to look for a spring time, flowy, bohemian top to wear to a BBQ this weekend. The sales lady was EXTREMELY helpful as I explained my issues and what I needed. I felt myself starting to run out of steam, just as I found the perfect top to wear. I instantly got a second shot of energy and a smile a mile wide.
I felt like a new woman, but like a part of me was back. I REALLY needed my shopping fix! Yesterday was a VERY good day!

ANTHROPOLOGIE SALE going on NOW~
Ok, it is KILLING me to not go shopping right now! Anthropologie is having a great sale on some cute Spring tops I've been eyeing for a while.
